Harriman Homes Ltd, based in York, North Yorkshire was initially set up as a sister company to GLE Estates Ltd – Property Developers, to act as a principal contractor on all their Flat/Housing projects. Harriman Homes Ltd has progressed into the housing market and now develops its own sites, designed and project managed by Design Services Unit

Employing ground workers, labourers, bricklayers and joiners, many of whom have been with the company for several years and carry out their work to a high standard. Harriman Homes Ltd are now expanding into general contracting work and can offer competitive tenders for projects ranging from £150,000 to £1,000,000.

Harriman Homes is registered with the NHBC therefore can offer a 10 year Buildmark Insurance on any housing units.
